My client s a leading international communications company with a customer base of more than 100 million across the Middle East, North Africa and Southeast Asia. In Qatar, we are the leading communications company, delivering world-class services for consumers, businesses, residences and organizations.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning and executing large-scale migrations of ISP and MPLS routers across the network.
• Managing maintenance windows and leading troubleshooting efforts.
• Executing configuration migrations, interface mapping, and service validation for L2 and L3 VPN services.
• Troubleshooting network incidents related to legacy hardware and during transitional phases

SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE
• 10+ years of experience in IP/MPLS network engineering within a service provider or ISP
environment.
• Deep understanding of:
o Routing protocols: OSPF, IS-IS, BGP
o MPLS technologies: LDP, RSVP-TE, Segment Routing (SR-MPLS a plus)
o VPN services: L2VPN, L3VPN, VPLS
• Strong hands-on expertise with routers from vendors such as Huawei, Cisco, Juniper &
Nokia.
