Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Virtual Assistant and Contact Center technologies. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, from requirement analysis to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead IT projects focused on Virtual Assistant and Contact Center solutions.
• Conduct and manage requirement analysis meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
• Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Drive initiatives involving AI-powered virtual assistants and customer service automation.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, customer experience goals, and technical feasibility.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, particularly in the Virtual Assistant or Contact Center domains.
• Solid understanding of technologies such as:
o IBM Watson
o Prosodie Odigo
o Veridas
o Genesys
• Familiarity with passive cycle processes including WBE, ODA, APS.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex, cross-functional, and multi-vendor environments.
• Fluent in both Italian and Spanish (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills:
• Technical background in Artificial Intelligence or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Prior experience working in multi-vendor ecosystems or international project environments.
