Junior Business Analyst

Linnk is working alongside a Pharma client to grow their Business Analysis team offering the chance to work in a dynamic, diverse environment where collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning are highly valued. The role will involve supporting the rollout of a data reduction system working closely with Scientists, Lab Managers & Technical teams to gather requirements, support platform adoption, and contribute to data visualisation and integration efforts.

Key Tasks –
Engage with lab stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Support the creation of user stories and functional specifications
Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand data workflows
Assist with testing and validating system functionalities
Translate user insights into practical dashboards and reports
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on solution delivery

Job Requirements –
Experience in business analysis (i.e. requirements gathering, business translation, testing, etc.) – 1-3 years.
Availability to travel into the client’s office near Brussels at least once a week
Fluency in English and French
Basic knowledge in object-oriented programming (e.g. Python)
